Why are not all horses shown on video on the Internet?
Due to time constraints and organizational reasons, there is only one day scheduled for taking photos and videos of the dressage and show jumping horses. The video collection should meet the different requirements of our customers since we know that our potential customers have particular demands. We hope you will understand that we will only publish videos clips of those horses that are in Verden on the production day, provided they are perfectly healthy and have a sufficiant constitution and development in training.
Do I have to register as a potential buyer before the auction?
No! Auctioneer Friedrich-Wilhelm Isernhagen is an officially appointed auctioneer and your confidant. You can contact him separately from the Hanoverian Society under the phone number ++49-172-5 18 32 69.
To ensure clear bids without any misunderstandings and irritations, please be so kind as to use the yellow bidder’s card that is available in each auction brochure.
What do I have to do if I want to bid by telephone?
The auction team will be happy to take your wishes before the auction. A confirmation is required by fax (++49 42 31-6 73 67). Foreign and new customers are required to submit a written bank confirmation. A representative of the Hanoverian Society will call you in time during the auction of the horse you are interested in. Immediately after the acceptance of the bid, we will sign the purchase note on your behalf and ask you to confirm and sign it after the auction. The auction team will be responsible for a smooth and proper transaction, and will be happy about your success.
When can I test ride the auction horses and whom do I have to contact?
The promising elite dressage and show jumping horses can be seen every day in Verden three weeks prior to the Elite-Auction and ten days prior to the other riding horse auctions. Testing is possible every day upon prior arrangement. Interested persons can follow the auction training easily, as the exact training times are published and copies of the detailed schedule are available every morning. The training starts in time and usually there will be no delays in the schedule. Our hotline is ready to answer your questions.
We would recommend to get a general idea about all auction horses and to discuss your requirements in detail with our customer consultants. Please do not hesitate to contact them directly:
